Renunail Nail Colours* combine glossy finish polishes with three key strengthening ingredients - keratin, bamboo and calcium. These promise to help protect the nails and promote growth, ensuring nails stay stronger for longer.
Pomegranate and Graphite swatches |
As a bit of a nail polish addict, my nails can sometimes get a bit flaky, despite my best efforts to look after them. I feel pretty naked without painted nails, so it's great to hear that there's now a range of polishes that will not only fulfill my need for painted nails, but will also help to protect them at the same time.
At the moment, there are five shades in the Renunail Colour range:
Pomegranate - pink-toned red
Marshmallow - pale pink
Graphite - dusky grey
Cashmere - creamy beige-nude
Black Plum - deep, dark purple
I've tested out Pomegranate and Graphite and while both needed two coats, I was impressed at how smoothly the polish went on. It dries pretty glossy, however I'd recommend adding a top coat of the new 3D Top Coat* - which has an extremely glossy, almost gel like finish. Both shades lasted well, and I stayed chip free for about 3 days, which is just above average for me.
All of the launch colours are pretty classic and I can see them selling well. I'm hoping that over time a few more trend led shades will pop up - I'd love to see some more brights, for example and maybe a bold blue.
The Renunail Triple Strength Nail Colours will be launching in mid-June and will cost £14 each, with the 3D Top Coat costing £11. You'll be able to find the collection online from Dr LeWinns.
Do you like the sound of these strengthening nail polishes?
