Percy and Reed Wonder Balm Elle Freebie

We all love a good magazine freebie, and Elle this month have teamed up with Percy and Reed to offer something a little extra special. On the front of this month's issue, you'll find a full-size version of their new Wonder Balm hair primer worth £18!

The Wonder Balm is an unusual product - they call it a primer for your hair. It can be used on both damp and dry hair, and works with your regular styling products to make them easier to use, and be more effective. It adds gentle hold and definition to hair and can be used alone, or alongside your other products
if preferred.

It has a really light, creamy texture to it, and a pea-sized amount on damp hair is enough for my medium length, fine hair. I've also used it on dry hair to add a bit of definition and to smooth down flyaway hairs. I'm looking forward to testing this out a bit more when the weather becomes more humid, to see if it can finally be the product that stops the dreaded heat frizz that usually appears!
