Butter London are an English brand that make a wide range cruelty-free nail polishes, all with their trusty 3-free formula. I’ve picked out a few shades* that I think will brighten up any nails and would lovely worn alone, or all together in a nail art design.
Molly Coddles is a pastel lavender shade, which when paired with Fiver reminds me a bit of an alternative mint humbug colour combination. Again, it only needs two coats to be fully opaque and is super easy to apply using Butter London’s medium width brush.
Now, my last choice might not be a pastel, but I love a hot pink nail polish and this one really lives up to expectations. Primrose Hill Picnic is a blue based bright pink and really only needs one thick, or two thin coats. I’ve got lots of polishes in similar shades, but couldn't resist adding one more to my collection!
The only downside for me is that I don’t find that Butter London polishes last as well as some other brands. I chip polish quite easily, but only got 2 days out of any of these before I needed to remove it and start again. That’s not a massive issue for me as I change my nail polish a lot, but they wouldn't be the brand I’d choose if I was going away and needed it to last.
