Fleur de Figuier is a fresh, fruity scent, inspired by the figs that grow near the Esteral mountains in Provence. It's one of those really summery smells that makes me think of sitting in the sunshine, drinking a glass of wine, eating a sneaky Magnum.
The range is made up of a shower cream, a soap and a fragrant water spray (body spray). I've been using the shower cream (£9.50 200ml)* every morning for the past few weeks as the scent is perfect for waking me up in the mornings. The formula is really rich and creamy and it definitely feels like a bit of a treat first thing in the day.
Also in the collection is a fresh fragrant water (£32 100ml)*. This is a lightly scented body spray, in the same fragrance as the body wash. Although it's not the longest lasting of scents, the smell is lovely and complements the shower cream really well. It's got a hint of grapefruit in it, so doesn't have the slightly too sweet smell that I've found with some fig scents in the past.
All in all, these are the perfect products to convince yourself that summer is definitely coming, and give yourself a treat.
