I'm a little bit in love with Nails Inc's autumn releases. Their Monogram Manicure kit is a favourite of mine, but in addition to that, they have also released 4 new, Gel Effect polishes*.
Designed to have the high-shine, super glossy finish of gel nails, these polishes don't need UV lamps or soaking off. There are currently four shades in the range, all of which are perfect for autumn:

Admittedly, they don't have the same lasting power as a normal gel polish (I got about 3 days before any chips), but they are seriously glossy, and apply really evenly without any streaking. They are all opaque in two coats, even Porchester Square which I had worried might be a little sheer.
I really love the formula of these polishes. I wore mine without a topcoat, and they are still super shiny. I think my favourite shades are Porchester Square and Kensington High Street and I can see myself wearing them a lot throughout winter.
